Shipping policy

We ship to Ontario addresses only. You must be 19+ to order alcohol. You will be ID'd upon delivery in a way that respects social distancing measures.

For FREE Local Delivery

• Orders of $40 or more before tax qualify for free local delivery.
• The person receiving the order must be 19 years of age or older.
• We will ID individuals who appear 25 years of age or younger.
• We do not offer same day delivery - your order will be delivered on the next available day in your delivery zone.
• We cannot leave your order at your front door, back step, lobby etc. if you are not home.
• If you live in an apartment, we will call you to come to the lobby to retrieve your order.

For Shipping Ontario wide via Canada Post

• Orders of $40 or more before tax have a flat shipping fee of $15.
• Orders less than $40 before tax will be charged appropriate shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.
• The maximum beer quantity we ship is 24 cans. It will come in one single box. It can be any combination of 473ml or 355ml cans.
• Orders are processed by Elora Brewing Company within 1-3 business days of purchase date.
• Orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel or Xpresspost (please select at check-out.)
• As per Canada Post policies, your order will be shipped to your appropriate local post office. You will receive notice in the mail that it has arrived, and you must provide government-issued ID to verify your age and identity upon pick up.
• You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email. If you do not receive one, contact us at shop@elorabrewingcompany.ca.
